A man who punched a five-day-old baby in the face has been fined and allowed to go home free.
The shameful guy, a 64-year-old David Hardy was out shopping with his wife in Tesco when the incident occurred.

He was only charged with the assault, with the family of the unfortunate baby raising the hell.
David admitted striking Elsie Temple while with his wife in Tesco in Baguley, Manchester but then claimed he thought it the little girl was a doll.
