Ibog Models’ second edition of dancing competition for Plus-size ladies has been scheduled to hold on December 18, 2016, at the Sovereign Alliance Hall, Province Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
The show encompasses big and fat ladies exhibiting their dancing prowess before a mammoth crowd of fun seekers.

Guests are promised the fun of their lives as these voluminous young women show them what their ‘mama gave them’.
The show would be hosted by Acapela and Labizzy Jojo of Rainbow FM.
The red carpet is by 3pm.

However, the founder and CEO of Ibog Models, Ibukun Ogunrunbi expunged on the reasons for the establishment of the Ibog’s event as amongst other things, to showcase the talents of plus size ladies
She said, “We are using this to encourage plus size ladies to come out of their shells and embrace their body. This is a way of building the confidence of these ladies by helping them grow their self-worth and esteem.”
On other side benefits, Ibukun explained, “The winner will be given a car and all participants will enjoy free skills acquisition. The free skills acquisition is to further develop them to become entrepreneurs.
There have been various testimonies from different plus size ladies about how they have been able to embrace their body and no longer get intimidated in the society; that is all this is about.”
