Kanye and late mom, Donda
One of the causes for the momentary madness exhibited a few days ago by rapper and husband to Kim Kardashian, Kanye West has been attributed to the loss of his mom, Donda West.
Kanye’s mother died as a result of complications from a plastic surgery administered to her by a Dr. Jan Adams on November 10, 2007.

According to the Medical Doctor, “Kanye West is haunted by the loss of his mother and still feels guilty about the circumstances surrounding her death. In November, around the holidays and on the anniversary of her passing, his turmoil is unrelenting.”
In an interview last year Kanye revealed he bore the brunt of the blame following the devastating loss. 'If I had never moved to LA she’d be alive,' he said. 'I don’t want to go far into it because it will bring me to tears.'
Dr. Jan Adams
Adams said that Kanye's fragile mental state is partly due to Kanye's unwillingness to move on and be at peace with himself over the tragedy
He told DailyMail.com: 'If nine years later Kanye can’t deal with it and wants to blame himself, then someone needs to stand up and say to him, "Come on, this is not your fault, dude. We need to turn the page. We can feel sad and we can miss her, but it doesn’t happen until you confront the truth.’
The doctor's comments come as a member of Kanye's family tells DailyMail.com that the superstar musician is 'broken, lost and hurt' and is 'highly sensitive' at this time of year, especially with Thanksgiving and Christmas being so family focused.
