Nerve-wrecking moments of machining a framed pushwagner.

I got asked to mill a pocket for an bracket in a framed work today. Usualy not a problem, but this was an urgent job, with no time for removing the work or glass from the frame.

carrying the work into our workshop.

carefully installing the frame into our machined jig.

The work is instaled, and the milling operation can start.

Here, the bracket is checked for fit. Now, the old screwholes, must be filled with epoxy, and new ones must be drilled.

The pushwagner team is inspecting the piece for damages, before it got shiped over to new york.
